Getting ready for 2015!

Dear Friends,

We are hard at work on our 2015 programming. Our theme for 2015 is connection between music and the spoken word. From the ancient bards to contemporary spoken word artists, storytelling is intrinsically bound to rhythm and melody. Our programming will feature storytellers and spoken word artists who explore this connection in their performances.

Our program will again feature evening events on Thursday and Friday, with two full days of storytelling on Saturday and Sunday, featuring a blend of local and national,
experienced and emerging artists. After the huge success of last year’s weekend evenings, we will feature an evening of short stories from all of our artists on Saturday and host a meeting of the Kootenay Storytelling Guild on Sunday.

Stay tuned for further updates!

Avia, for the KSF team
